Thank you, Globe Telecom!
Yesterday was my last day at Globe Telecom.
Globe had stretched me to the limits of what I thought I could do and made me realize that I had skills I didn’t know I had. In 4 departments, I was able to strategize & implement pioneer initiatives: Globe’s first content marketing execution, the feasibility study & implementation of our first enterprise level product management tool, the framework for our customer experience map and strategic partnerships for online & telesales.
I also did the digital channel strat for national campaigns, hosted events & became the voice of many parts of the IVR (try activating Globe prepaid mobile abroad and hear my voice)!
At the heart of it, what I am thankful for the most during my time with Globe are the people I’ve worked with: my bosses who believed in me and gave me the freedom to fail fast and innovate the way we did things, my colleagues who constantly held excellence as a standard for both their work and personal lives, & my co-MDPs who had held my hand through the difficult transition to adult life.
While I am called to do other things, I do believe that my experience in Globe was worth having and will always have a special place in my heart. Thank you to everyone who had made my short stay a meaningful one.
